How do I make a complaint?
At Pioneer we are committed to resolving any issues as soon as possible. If you have a complaint or issue that needs to be resolved, we need to hear from you so that we can fix it.

We will always try to remedy the issue immediately but sometimes this may not be possible. If we can't resolve your issue immediately we will ensure that you are kept up to date with the progress.
We will treat your issue with respect and will ensure your confidentiality is maintained at all times.
What if I am not satisfied with the outcome?
If you are not satisfied with the outcome you are entitled to complain to the ombudsman for an independent view of your issue.
