If you would like Pioneer to release your property, fill in the Discharge Request form and send it back to us.
Prosperity Visa Debit Card Change Account Form

Has the account details changed for your Prosperity Visa Debit Card? (eg: Replacement card, card expired, etc). If so, do you currently have a regular payment arrangement in place on your previous card account?

We can help ensure the relevant merchants are kept up to date with your current account details with a Change in Account Details Letter. This letter will include all of your new account details so you can send this to any merchant that you currently have a regular payment arrangement with. Simply contact us and request that a Change in Account Details Letter is created and sent to you.
